The YUL Townhouses project was delivered in December 2021, and Planit Construction was involved in the building process of two of the luxurious units. A ground up, concrete construction, the team worked on all aspects of the build, from mechanics, to electrical, plumbing to finishing.

Developed by Groupe Brivia, this development in the heart of Montreal's Downtown core consisted of a series of high end townhouses with private elevators, gardens and rooftop terraces and underground parking, adjoining the neighbouring condo project, YUL Downtown.
